Every thing you tell us about this novel - the paintings, the stories within stories - whets my appetite for it.
It is my goal to render this idiotic concept of "meta" meaningless, simply by overwhelming the paradigm.
Much as I love The Red Tree (and that's a helluva lot), I want The Drowning Girl to knock it into a cocked hat.
That is my intent.
