because, you know, blogging requires actual words, thoughtfulness, and the effort of reading.
I do not know what Facebook is for. It has enabled me to reconnect with some people I'd lost track of, but it's certainly not any good for having actual conversations with them; that has to be e-mail or those archaic telephones. I think all it does is give you more people to not talk to.
