I'll recommend getting it as soon as possible - out here in Minnesota we're in the middle of a huge heat wave (today had a heat index of 115F! In Minnesota!), and they're projecting it will be moving east at the end of the week. No AC here either (it's Minnesota, after all) so I can sympathize...
