On an actual commenting tip, Lucky McKee's The Woman will be the best horror movie you see this year, if you see it this year. It will make all else in its field look like that which you hold on a toothpick. It is worth the digging through a hundred Red Riding Hoods to find the true hard gem that is The Woman.
Angela Bettis is in it and she gives the third best performance, which is no slight on her work here but rather an indication of the very high acting caliber in this film. Usually she's top. Here she graciously gives the floor to others.
