The footage of Chrissy's beating broke my heart. She was hurt so badly that she had a seizure... and for what? The information I saw was unclear, but it sounded like she just used the ladies room. I cannot understand why anyone would attack her for that., It was good see some of the customers trying to break it up but why on EARTH didn't the employees or the manager or someone throw those mean, violent people out? The only coverage I saw came in an email from change.org so I didn't see any slurs.
I want a world where everyone can be safe from hatred and violence. I fear I may need to start looking off-planet.
