To me, the book is a bit like a maze: circles within circles - you move ahead, lose the path, find a new path, retrace your steps, or maybe more like a dance. It's almost like the read is uncovering the story with Imp, not discovering because I don't think it's been lost, but uncovering something that's been hidden.
I do understand what you're saying here. But I write in a straight line, even if Imp thoughts are— no, appear to be —convoluted.
