I don't. Or I put pointless warnings. "Warning: antiques". "Warning: contains words."
Mostly I just flat out say "Warnings: none" because I cannot and will not warn for everything because everyone is going to be offended by something and I'm not the reader's parent.
The way I see it, if someone gets offended then maybe I did it right.
