I just wanted to let you know that I think one short story is equivalent in basic entertainment/reading value to two vignettes. I really appreciate that you honor a fair telling when the story winds up needing more words than you'd originally expected, and I hate to see you under pressure to put out another offering just because this project started out as a promise of two stories per month. If you were to make the digest "two vignettes or one short story" I'd still be a very satisfied reader.
Spooky says the same thing. In the future, I may have to offer the 1 short story = 2 vignettes equation, but for now...business as usual.
