It loses some of its charm after 40 years. ;) Spouse and I will probably be snow-birds once he retires (15 more years, at least). Our aging parents are here, too. They'll need us. Eventually we'll escape to warmer climes from December to April. (December is hardest on me for seasonal depression. Christmas makes it worse because everyone else is jolly and I'm miserable.)
