Would the voice option be a possibility in Howards End?
nope. We're going to have some kids AVs (children of the cuckoo), so hearing the adult typist behind the child would just be wrong. And voice always seemed sort of weird to me. A dog barking in the background to be let out. cat crying incessantly for no good reason but to hear its own voice. Those sorts of things would just break the suspension of disbelief.
