Not to add to your confusion, but I think I'd be more apt to read the notes if they came at the bottom of the page than when I got to the end of the chapter and had to flip back and forth. Just my thoughts.
No added confusion. Just a strengthening of my conviction that it is impossible to please everyone, so pleasing myself is most important. ;-)
