I basically stopped hanging out in Toxia because I don't want to interfere with anyone's RP
Yeah, things can get pretty intense. I used to just hang out or dance in the club (Haven), and sort of developed my character that way. It's a good place to watch people, and maybe do a tiny bit of RP. But, I found, until I had a firm grasp on who my character was, it wasn't easy to just *be* there. It's pretty hostile and crazy most of the time.
