Why not just develop some kind of method of aggressively re-writing the Homo Sapien Sapien genome into something less objectionable? I'm sorry to say that your proposal is a little confused on whether the Order is simply dedicated to committing genocide on the entire Human race or whether it demands extinguishing all life on Earth in deference to some kind of ecological "warm boot".
