The icon is a pic I took of one of the paintings I did this Spring.

It is an odd little tale, but I love the idea of her having her own set of myths/realities in the private little world she lives in. It is weird, it is uniquely weird, the ideas she has built her world around, and I love that.

I think the main idea I was playing with was that in a world where old gods and old myths have been divested of their meanings, new ones will inevitably arise, if only as a coping strategy.
