Ah, Dogfish is one of my favorite microbreweries. I've not yet tried Pangaea, but my favorite brew of theirs is the 60-Minute IPA. I highly recommend it if you like hoppy beer. Their Midas Touch, based on an ancient beer recipe, is interesting as well.
