Wow, you have to wonder what the Publisher's Weekly review of the Maltese Falcon (movie version) would have been like. "Oh, and there's this big, black bird that everyone's looking for. It's fake. Just so you know? The big, black bird? All the charaters want it? Like a three-dollar-bill. They're all looking for it. And it's fake. And at the end, it breaks. Also, Brigid O'Shaughnessy did it. Enjoy the movie!"

I mean, I get annoyed at the tiptoeing-around-spoilers review culture as anyone, but sheesh....

MoA sounds incredible. Seeing as how LRM built on Threshold, and Threshold on Silk, I'm sure it will be a thrill ride as well as an intensely emotional read.

I love the bloodthirstiness of Morrowind Caitlin. It's somehow sort of....cute, really.
