You can't buy alcohol in Maryland, either. Unless you know how to skirt the rules. Some of the drug stores are allowed to sell liquor, and there's exactly one bar that I know of that will allow the sale of "packaged goods". The store itself is closed, but you can go into the attached bar and buy something to go.
