Writers doing "special editions" of previously published works may well be the latest retro-fad, thanks to Stephen King's recent "Gunslinger Redux" (I almost said "wave of the future," but then I remembered, both Emily Bronte and Mary Shelley did the same thing. I'm not sure who else has done it).
