I know that of all the things you hate, and validly so, the "have you tried..." advice is one likely to make you snap, and thus I knowingly face your wrath, but have you tried megadosing B vitamins? There's science, it's not hippy shit, 6 and 12 in particular have been demonstrated in controlled studies to halve the frequency and severity of migraines. Not hippy shit.

I can't help wondering if it's been triggered by the aspartame or some other aspect of your diet change, but that *is* hippy shit as I've no clearly sciency reason to think it.
